Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at Support@RushingMFG.com with photos of the issue. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders are made to order and thus we do not offer cancellations.
